Does rarbg have "Connection timed out" without the proxy? I'm guessing your proxy is the cause. I will test, but I will assume it is working without proxy for now. How can it be a proxy issue if when I update just UPnP preferences I can connect with no issues for some time? I suspect some UDP protocol configuration in uTorrent itself is fishy to keep the connection alive through a proxy.
